Step 1. Learn the facts about hardwood flooring
Visit our showroom to see large 4×8 foot samples of different species of hardwood floors. We offer the largest selection of quality hardwood flooring in the area. We want to make you aware of all the different options, qualities, and value points to ensure that you’ll love your new hardwood floors and that they meet your expectations after installation. We know the right questions to ask to make sure you get just what you want.
Step 2. The in-home estimate
Our estimators are not salesmen. They are experienced professionals with over 15 years of experience installing hardwood floors in customer’s homes. They will gather all the information we need for the most important part of the whole process – the installation. It usually takes 25 to 35 minutes to go through the 36 checkpoints of the estimate. It’s also our opportunity to come up with the logistics planning for the installation and identify any special needs or requests you may have during the installation.
Step 3. Installation
This is the most important part of the whole process. Our job isn’t done after you purchase your new floors. We don’t refer you to another service provider and we don’t outsource to sub-contractors. We do all the installations ourselves because it matters who you let in your home and it matters to us that the job gets done to the industry standards and to the manufacturer’s specification.
Step 4. Care and maintenance
It’s easy to maintain hardwood floors but there are some do’s and dont’s. Every home is different. At the end of the job, we’ll make sure you are aware of all that you need to know about how to care for your new hardwood floors.
